Reservations

To make a reservation to dine at Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud please refer to the information below. Alternatively, please call us at the restaurant on 01 6764 192.

For all reservations we require a credit card number to secure the booking. We do not process a deposit  however should you need to cancel your reservation or reduce the numbers in your party you must give us at least 36 hours notice. Failure to do this will incur a cancellation fee of €50.00 per person cancelled. All reservations must be confirmed in the week prior to the booking.

We will endeavour to contact you, however should we be unable to reach you please call us to confirm your reservation. Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations at its discretion.

We accept reservations as far as four calendar months in advance.
