Stephane Robin

RPG---People--02Born in Tours, south of Paris in 1963.  I left this beautiful town just after my exams for the restaurant industry arriving in Ireland in December 1986 to join the team of Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud.  Bringing with me my experiences gained in Monte Carlo, Paris, Antibes and London. 

My philosophy about what I do is very simple, quality and care. Trying to make our clients feel special is always my goal and sharing my passion for food and wine.
